Sam & Connie Rogers

Founding Pastors

Sam Rogers married his high school sweetheart, Connie, more than 30 years ago. They have four children and four beautiful grand babies. Soon after being married, they founded a company called Silent Partner Security in 1991. God has truly blessed their efforts, and they are currently providing services across the United States. In 2014, they followed their hearts and moved to Colorado to study at Charis Bible College.

After graduating and seeking direction from God, Sam and Connie believe He impressed upon their hearts not to start another church, but a movement.  A non-traditional Church based on the Grace Message.  Generation Grace was founded in an old 150 year old barn that they remodeled in late 2018.   Now the original barn is used for children/youth while God has blessed them with a new larger barn.   To date, over 1 million dollars has been invested into this ministry and lives are being radically changed.  Sam and Connie received their ordination from Andrew Wommack Ministries in June of 2020.  While praying over Sam and Connie, Andrew received a word from the Lord that Generation Grace will have a huge impact in their local community but also will be known throughout the world for the ministries generous giving.

They are excited to be back home in Virginia to pursue the next chapter of their lives. The success of Generation Grace is based solely on messages of God's unconditional love and his Amazing Grace. Please consider joining them in this movement and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime.

Paul & Joanie Oesterreicher

Elders

Paul grew up on a dairy farm in Central Wisconsin.  He served 4 years in the USAF in Texas, Panama and Maryland. He worked in the computer field until the strong desire to work with youth really became his passion. He first volunteered with the Catholic Youth on USAF bases. Then over 40 years ago, he started TASC for Teens (Travel Adventure, Skiing & Camping). Through the years, thousands of youth from not only the US, but many parts of the world have participated in TASC Adventures. It’s very rewarding for Paul when he sometimes hears from former campers or skiers who were on TASC Trips over 30 years ago saying how the experience impacted their lives!

Joanie grew up in Air Force locations all over the US. She was raised in the Episcopal Church and that’s where their story begins.  They met and married over 30 years ago at Truro Church in Fairfax. Paul married Joanie with 3 kids. She married into his business life of outdoor adventures. They moved to Jeffersonton, VA shortly after they were married, where they still reside. Their blended family life was full of many ups and downs. And then they added foster children to the mix …. 45 foster children to be exact, over a period of 16 years!  They have one adorable grandson, 10 months old, whom they have yet to meet as he lives in Hong Kong. And his little sister is expected in Aug.

Together Paul and Joanie have had the privilege of seeing many lives radically changed because of God’s love and mercy! His goodness overwhelms them frequently!!  They were ordained together through Hunter Ministries in Texas in 2009. Their passion has been to serve the Lord and the local church through prayer, small groups, missions and leadership roles! Paul and Joanie are excited about being involved in God’s ministry here at Generation Grace!
