Sam & Connie Rogers

Founding Pastors

Sam Rogers and his high school sweetheart, Connie, have built a remarkable life together since their marriage in 1991. Their love story began in high school and has blossomed into a family with four children and six grandchildren. In 2014, they moved to Colorado Springs to attend Charis Bible College. After graduating, they felt called to create a "Movement" focused on the Grace Message rather than starting a traditional church. In late 2018, they established Generation Grace in a refurbished 150-year-old barn. By 2022, they were inspired to construct the "Meeting Barn" and the new "Legacy Barn," where they held their first service in December 2024. Everyone is welcome to join them on this extraordinary journey and be part of "the Movement." Additionally, Sam and Connie were ordained by Andrew Wommack Ministries in 2020.

Elders

Jim and Theresa are active members of the Generation Grace family, serving on the G2 Worship Team and in Couples Ministry. Their extensive ministry experience since 1996, spanning from youth outreach in Massachusetts to serving as Associate Pastors in Virginia, forms their passion for discipling others and raising up the next generation of Christian leaders

Austin & Katie Rogers

Pre-Teen Directors

Austin & Katie have five beautiful children named Gracie, Carson, Jaxson, Hudson and Magnolia. They reside in Marshall, VA, and actively engage in the local community. Ausitn & Katie are among the original founding partners at g2.  They also serve as g2 Young Adult Leaders.

Ashley Clark

Children's Director

Ashley lives in Delaplane, VA, with her husband, Gavin, and their two sons, Owen and Colton. Ashley loves serving kids and creating a place where children can have fun, feel loved, and learn about God. When she’s not at church, she enjoys crafting, helping at her sons’ school, and spending time with her family.

Ivan Ortega

Missions Director

Ivan and Dinanyeli were married in 2017 and are parents to their beautiful daughter Danna. When Danna was born, Ivan began attending Charis Bible College with the intent of learning how to be a good father. Since graduating, Ivan, Dinanyeli, and Danna have learned about the unconditional love and grace of God through relationship with Him. In 2022, God opened the doors to begin a children’s ministry in the Dominican Republic. In partnership with Ambassadors to the Nations, the Good News is being taken to Dominican Republic and to all the world.
